With Saturn Outlook, General Motors started promoting a new type of crossover SUV with a technical concept relying on their innovative Lambda platform. Saturn Outlook has first appealed to the public by its smaller price in comparison with other similar products on the market such as the Chevrolet or GMC Acadia models. The car comes with a slight engine differentiation in its two variants: thus the XE offers 270 horsepower while XR provides five more horsepower in addition.
Both types of Saturn Outlook rely on the six-speed automatic transmission and come either with front-wheel drive or all-wheel drive options. An analysis of the seating setting shows good interior applications for the three passenger rows that can be moved so as to leave space for loads too.
