The value is not apparent. It's about as appealing as a 10% off sale on 60" HD LCD tvs: there's savings, but it's so minimal, the discount won't really help anyone new afford the tv. Only those who can already afford to spend $2k+ on a tv will benefit from a little token discount. Certified Pre-Owned vehicles seem to benefit the car dealers. They can now make more money leasing vehicles and then selling them at higher than "used car" rates, so they walk away with a greater profit on each car.
