Chrysler and Getrag

That's some row that has developed between Chrysler and Getrag in the US over financing obligations for their Tipton DCT facility. I wonder if this row is wholly unrelated to what's going on at Chrysler in the background with Cerberus wanting out? It certainly seems quite amazing for two business partners to get this far down the road on a joint project and then fall out over money. I guess the lawyers will be busy, at least.
