Ford-Tata deal

How close is the Ford-Tata deal on JLR? Reports in the weekend press in Britain citing anonymous sources 'close to the talks' suggest that the negotiations are more or less complete and that an announcement is planned the week after Easter (ie next week). Funny how these things drag on and always take longer to do than people think at the outset.
