Ka revamped in Brazil

I see that Ford has just revamped its Ka down in Brazil. Curious business when you consider that the European Ka is about to be replaced (as part of the JV with Fiat that has given us the new Fiat 500). There are a few old models in production down there that get an occasional spruce-up to keep them going (Fiat's Uno-based Mille is probably one of the best examples of the genre). Actually, Ford seems to have made a pretty good effort on styling with this Ka revamp. I wonder how much it cost to do?
