the bass comes and goes because the amp is over heating, when it gets hot it goes into protect mode the comes out of it which makes the bass do it. you can go to radio shack or get off ebay a fan for 5-10 dollars. all you have to do is run the wires from the fan and run them into the remote in the amp so when the amp turns on the fan will. it’ll cool the amp so it wont go into protect mode:) Subscribe To My Channel:)

I have the kenwood KAC-8105d 1000w-300w rms at 4ohms- 500w rms at 2ohms. And the PUNCH P2D2-12″ I got after two songs it’s hot and tha bass comes and goes, i was thinking about going with the P3D2-12 but do you think the Mid Level Sub D4 — KMH 12D4 will do the job?
